How to Save/Download a MP3 File to Your Computer

MP3 Players Besides iPods

Click on the “Download!” link of a shiur with the right mouse button and select “Save Target As” (if you are using Internet Explorer) or “Save Link As” (if you are using Firefox). You will be prompted to save the MP3 file to your computer - just click OK and accept the file and notice in which directory it is being placed. You can then open this file using your music manager/ media program (i.e. Windows Media Player) or just double-click on it and it should play.

If you want to add it to your non-iPod player, you can just drag it over to the player icon (in Windows Media Player) and then select "Synch" to have it added to your player. Or, some players will open an icon as though it were another hard drive of CD player, and then simply drag the file directly into that folder directly.

iPods

To copy a file to your iPod, follow the instructions above to download the file. Open, iTunes, and select "File -> Add File To Library" (or just press Ctrl + o) and select the file that you downloaded from our site. At some point later, we hope to have this site set up as a Podcast for even easier listening.
